privacy / website notice
Privacy, in this version.
An operational notice for the current website. A final legal notice requires the approved company identity, contact channel, hosting details, and jurisdiction review before public launch.
What you enter
The project-brief form asks for your name, email, project focus, and description. Organization, stage, timing, and budget context are optional. Preparing a brief keeps these values in the open browser tab. Choosing “Send to Byte Craftre” submits your name, email, and brief to our email endpoint for delivery to the business inbox. Downloading a copy does not submit it.
Why the form uses it
The fields help you prepare a structured project brief. Sending shares it with Byte Craftre so we can discuss your inquiry and reply to your email address. You can instead download it to share yourself. Neither option enrolls you in marketing or creates an account.
Storage and retention
The application does not persist inquiry fields in browser storage or an application database. Sent briefs are processed by the hosting mail service and may remain in the business mailbox. Mailbox retention and hosting details must be finalized before public launch. A downloaded copy stays on your device until removed. The endpoint stores hashed rate-limit identifiers and timestamps temporarily; it does not store the brief there. Your browser may independently retain form history.
Browsing and processors
The website serves local fonts and images without analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds. Sending a brief uses the hosting server’s PHP mail service and business mailbox. The hosting provider may process message content, connection metadata, and access logs. Its identity and retention terms must be disclosed before public launch.
Choices and requests
You can edit or clear fields before sending, close the tab, or delete downloaded copies. Once sent, deleting a local copy does not remove the email from the business inbox. Contact Byte Craftre using the phone number on the contact page for privacy inquiries; applicable legal details must be finalized before public launch.
Cookies and changes
This implementation does not set application cookies. If analytics, a submission provider, or another processor is added, this notice and the cookie policy need to be reviewed against the actual behavior.
